Dalian Ocean University（DLOU）obtained education student qualification in 1997, and it has begun to recruit international students since 1999. The international department was established in 2003 and changed her name to the college of international education(CIE) in 2011. Currently, CIE Mainly provides the Chinese language course, Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools undergraduate classes, short and long term Chinese training class, exchange students class, HSK class, business Chinese class. Now multi-level overseas students education system combining undergraduate education with short-term Chinese training education, special education was formed. In 2012, the first HSK network test centre and the base combining teaching and testing in Dalian area was settled in our college, through exam simulation exercises, combined with teaching and examination, it provides convenience for Chinese language learners and a desired result could be expected.
